These are photos taken by Ed Howell of Tommy & Joan Thompson's 1952 Chevy Street Rod P/U under construction. It originally started with the 1952 Chevy 3100 Series , 5 window Cab with a short wheelbase. The original bed had to be totally scrapped because of its poor condition. It has been sandblasted and primed, has a 1973 Nova Subframe, Power Steering, Power Brakes, sets on 16" Budnicks, Powered by a 1996 Chevy LT-1 Engine, 700R4 Transmission, with a Nova 10 bolt rear and S-10 rear springs. It has a Ron Francis Wiring Kits for the Tune Port Engine, Transmission and Body. This little truck is 1st Class, as all of Tommy's projects, when finished. Tommy says it's had been real trying at times finding the parts needed. Tommy & Joan are sporting around in this little truck and attending all the cruise-ins and shows...........Watch for them!!
